Venue: Sunkist Bay, Wakelin Road, Beachlands
Race Day:
Saturday, 13th February 2016
7:30 am – Set up of marquees, race pits, Bus at Beachlands
8:00 am – Race day entries open
8:00 am – Final CPR course held at the Beachlands Boat Club
8:00- 9.30 am – Scrutineering of day entries at Beachlands Boat Club
9:30 am – Race day entries close
10.00 am-12 noon – Bathtub Racing & Clubman’s Racing
10:00 am – Combined Briefing at the Beachlands Boat Club (all competitors, Patrol and Mark boats)
1.00 pm – First race start of the PlaceMakers Pakuranga & Franklin Trust Board Thunder on the Coast 2016
1.30 pm – First race finish – 1 hour break
2:30 pm – Final race start – 30 min race
5:00 pm – Podium presentation on beach front
5:00 pm – Duty teams to pack up bus.
TBA – Prize giving commences at the Beachlands Boat Club
Food and bar service available.
